Terms of Service
These terms apply to orders placed through the Burin Boats website and customer portal. They cover payment, delivery, warranty and your EU consumer rights.
1. Ordering
ePropulsion products shown as in stock can be ordered directly through the website. Boat orders (Highfield, Beneteau) require configuration with our sales team before a final quotation is issued.
2. Prices and payment
All prices displayed include VAT at the applicable rate for Slovenia and are charged in EUR unless otherwise agreed. We currently accept payment by bank transfer; card payments will be added shortly.
3. Shipping and delivery
Shipping costs are shown at checkout where a rate is configured for your country. For boat deliveries we confirm the final transport cost and schedule with you before invoicing.
4. Right of withdrawal
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online orders starting from the day the order is placed. Customised or built-to-order boats are excluded from withdrawal once configuration has begun.
5. Warranty
Manufacturer warranty applies to all products. Warranty claims can be submitted through your customer portal with photos and a description of the fault.
